Shipment
Processing Time
Once your order has been received, it is usually processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. During periods of high demand, processing time may exceptionally take up to 14 business days. We always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times
The following delivery times apply from the shipping date and are estimated timeframes. Delays caused by customs or exceptional circumstances are not included.

Switzerland — Important Customs Notice
Switzerland is not part of the European Union. Therefore, customs duties and import charges may apply to deliveries to Switzerland, and these must be paid by the recipient. Please check in advance with the Swiss Federal Customs Administration regarding any possible fees.
United Kingdom — Important Customs Notice
Since Brexit, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU. Customs duties and import charges may apply to deliveries to the United Kingdom, and these must be paid by the recipient.
Shipping Carriers
We ship within Germany using DPD and to all other countries using UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that for some shipping carriers, it may take 1–5 business days for the tracking information to update.
If no tracking information is available after more than 5 business days, please contact us at infohausversteck@gmail.com — we will help you immediately.
Multiple Parcels
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be delivered in several separate parcels. This is not an error — all parcels are registered to your order and will be delivered in full.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please check your shipping and billing address carefully before completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrectly entered address. If the error is on our side, we will of course take full responsibility and arrange a free replacement shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom), customs duties or import charges may apply and must be paid by the recipient. HausVersteck has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for them.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
