Right of Withdrawal, Warranty & Return Policy

2-Year Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on all HausVersteck™ products from the date of purchase. If a defect or material fault occurs during this period, we will resolve the issue free of charge and without complication.

Depending on the nature of the problem, we offer the following solutions:

• Free replacement parts or repair

• Replacement of individual components

• Full product replacement in the event of non-repairable defects

To make a warranty claim, simply contact us at info@mdlegacy.de with a brief description of the issue and a photo or video. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Please note: The warranty covers material and workmanship defects. Damage caused by improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or external influences is excluded.

60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mdlegacy.de.

Returned items must be in their original condition – unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or another form of payment confirmation is also required. Please do not send any items back without first requesting a return from us, as we unfortunately cannot accept such shipments.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a return label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send the package back.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us right away at info@mdlegacy.de and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from the right of return: custom-made or personalized products, as well as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us in advance.

Unfortunately, returns of discounted items or gift cards are not possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return has been approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

For orders within the European Union, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date you receive the goods, without the need to state any reason. The goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must be included.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing by your bank or credit card provider may take several business days.
